After careful consideration, to ensure the health and safety of our members and employees we have decided to temporarily close our lobby again. Both lanes of our Drive Thru are currently open to serve our members as quickly as possible. We will continue to monitor the CoronaVirus environment and make any necessary adjustments as the situation calls for it.
Please make an appointment for any of the following services:
*Loans - Please call the office so one of our Member Service Officers can get all neccessary information needed for your loan application in advance of your trip in to the branch.
*New Account Opening
*Services that are difficult to perform in the drive through
We have prepared our lobby with the following safeguards: We have installed protective shields at the teller windows and at Member Service desks and. Social distancing decals and hand sanitizer available upon entry. Daily employee health screenings, enhanced cleaning protocols that include regular cleaning of high touch areas and limited capacity in the branch. We ask that upon entering our lobby you wear a mask as mandated by the St. Joseph County Health Department.
When visiting our branch please note the following:
*Please continue to use the drive through for your teller transactions.
*Waiting areas are temporarily closed.
*Please observe social distancing, keeping 6 feet between you and others around you.
*We ask that you limit the number in your party to those pertinent to the transaction.
*If we are at physical capacity, you may be asked to wait outside until others depart.
*If you have been sick or running a fever in the past 72 hours, please refrain from entering.
Finally, we would like to thank all of our members for their patience and understanding during this time and all of our employees that have been on the front line throughout this uncertain time. We are grateful for each and every one of them and their hard work.
