Your PFCU accounts are accessible 24 hours a day via "CU Talk" the audio telephone teller and "IT'S ME 247" home banking.

You will be asked to enter your member number and then press the # key. Next, you will be prompted to punch in your Personal Identification Number (last 4-numbers of the primary account holders Social Security Number and then press the # key. The message will say your PIN has expired, you must then enter a new 4-digit PIN and then press the # key.

CONNECTING TO ITS ME 247 (THE NEW ONLINE BANKING)
- Go to policemensfcu.org
- Click the Online Banking button.
- Enter your account number and click 'Submit'.
- Enter your password (last 4 numbers of the primary account holders social security then click 'Submit'.
- First time users, follow the instructions on your screen to change your temporary password and set up your security questions and other settings.
When the It's Me 247 screen appears, you are in!
